Elizabeth Franson, MHA
CEO & Executive Director
Elizabeth Franson is the CEO & Executive Director for Good Neighbor Health Clinic & Red Logan Dental Clinic. With an education focusing in healthcare administration in addition to direct experience in healthcare management, Elizabeth focuses on addressing access disparities and other complex industry issues to promote rural health equity and point of care access. Since beginning her role as CEO & Executive Director, Elizabeth’s primary goal has been to follow, promote, and strengthen the mission and vision of the organization.
Cara Baskin, MPH, PMP
Director of Operations
Cara Baskin is the Director of Operations for Good Neighbor Health Clinic & Red Logan Dental Clinic. She brings a decade of public health experience to the clinic, drawing from community partnerships, and a focus on both clinical practice and system wide collaboration. With a decade in the Upper Valley, Cara has a deep commitment to this region and is thrilled to be part of Good Neighbor.
Dr. Robert Lyman, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Lyman began a career in healthcare working in EMS, an experience that shaped a deep commitment to serving hardworking individuals and families who often face barriers to medical care. After seeing his own families’ barriers to care and working in a safety net hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Lyman realized those struggling with healthcare access is exactly who he wished to serve. Now based in West Lebanon, and loving his neighborhood, Dr. Lyman is passionate about improving access to healthcare and building strong relationships within the community.
Dr. Pam Trio, MD
Assistant Medical Director
Dr. Trio completed medical training and a masters in bioethics at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Through her experience working in Philadelphia, she developed a deep passion for caring for medically underserved patients. She now works as a primary care physician in NH and VT, and particularly enjoys the opportunity that role provides to connect with people around what is most important in their lives. She lives in Hanover, NH with her husband, daughter, and elderly dog. Dr. Trio continues to work towards improving healthcare for all individuals in our community, and particularly loves the times she spends at Good Neighbor Health Clinic caring for her patients.
Dr. Bradley, DMD, MPH
Dental Clinic Director
Dr. Bradley has been the Dental Clinic Director at Red Logan Dental Clinic since 2025, and prior to that, was the Dental Clinic Manager since starting with the clinic in 2021. She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2020, and her MPH from Tufts University School of Public Health in 2022. A Massachusetts native, Dr. Bradley has enjoyed getting to explore northern New England in her free time!
Lori Stratton, RN
Nursing Supervisor
Lori is a registered nurse and the Nursing Supervisor at Good Neighbor Health Clinic. She has been a nurse for over 20 years, previously working at a boarding school and a nursing home. Lori has been with the organization since 2023 and enjoys working with the team to provide excellent patient care! Outside of work, she enjoys spending free time with family – they try to get together to go on adventures fishing or kayaking whenever possible.
Andrea Sharon
Dental Clinic Manager
Andrea is a Dental Assistant and the Dental Clinic Manager here at Red Logan Dental Clinic. She brings a great deal of experience having worked as an assistant for over 15 years, alongside many of the providers who volunteer with the organization. Her favorite part of the job is meeting our patients!

At this time, we DO NOT have opportunities available for individuals without clinical licensure. In order to be a clinical volunteer, we require Vermont licensure. Volunteer roles are based on current needs and may change as new opportunities arise.
